  • I am disabled, or have an injury - do I need to purchase Accessible Seating?
    • There is no need to purchase a designated accessible seating ticket.
    • When you arrive to the venue on the day of the show, please notify anyone with event security and they will happily bring you a chair and take you to our ADA section.
    • We recommend arriving before or around posted door times.
  • How do I access my tickets?
    • The majority of our tickets are delivered via AXS Mobile. Please be sure to download the AXS app using the email address associated with your purchase.
    • Still can’t find your tickets? Please reach out to your point of purchase.
  • Can I purchase tickets in person at your box office?
    • Yes, the Bluebird Theater Box Office opens 30 mins prior to doors on show days.
    • Tickets for the Bluebird Theater may also be purchased at the Mission Ballroom, Monday – Saturday from 10am to 6pm and the Ogden Theatre on Saturdays from 10am – 4pm.
    • Tickets bought in person only incur a $2.50 fee per ticket.
  • What is Quick Pass?

    Your Quick Pass allows you to bypass the General Admission entry line upon arrival to the venue. Simply ask our Guest Services team to be directed to the dedicated Quick Pass entrance!

    *Note: Quick Pass requires a separate event ticket for entry.

    Quick Pass is NOT early entry and does NOT compete with artist-driven VIP programs. It is just first entry when doors open to the public, and allows purchasers to enter immediately if there is a large line to get in.

  • How do I get directions to the show?
    • Please visit our directions page for detailed directions and a map.
    • Street parking is available.
  • Where can I find a seating chart?

    Unless explicitly listed as otherwise, The Bluebird Theater is general admission/standing room only. There is a very limited amount of first-come, first-served seating in the balcony.

  • What does the venue accept as a "Valid ID"?
    • A current, government issued ID (e.g. driver's license, passport, military ID)
    • A copy of your birth certificate, driver's permit, combined with a photo ID (e.g. school ID, gym membership) 
  • What methods of payment does the venue accept?
    • Cash and card are both acceptable at the box office.
    • Venue concessions are cashless. If you need assistance with a cashless purchase, please see guest services.
  • I bought a ticket from a third-party seller. How do I know if it's valid?
    • We cannot verify the authenticity of any other third-party vendors.
    • With any concerns/changes, always contact your original point of purchase.
  • Do you allow service animals in the venue?

    Service animals are allowed. We do not allow pets.

  • What happens if my event is cancelled or postponed?

    CANCELLATION

    • Credit card purchases through AXS.com or our venue box offices will be automatically refunded. Please allow 30 business days for the refund to hit your account.
    • For tickets purchased using cash at our box office, refunds are available at point of purchase.

    POSTPONED

    • Your tickets will be valid for the rescheduled date
    • If you are unable to attend the rescheduled date, contact your point of purchase.
  • Why can't I find an event on the website?
    • Events listed on the website are confirmed, announced, and have an on-sale date.
    • Some events are private, and therefore not available to the public.
    • When in doubt, check the artist’s website or contact us.
  • How do I subscribe/unsubscribe to a concert calendar for events in my area?
    • Subscribe — Click here to subscribe to receive email alerts for presales, cool stuff and info on events in your area.
    • Unsubscribe — You may unsubscribe from this service at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of the concert calendar email you receive.
  • How can I meet the band?
    • Only official artist representatives can grant backstage access to meet the band.
    • If a meet and greet opportunity is available for purchase, this option will be noted as such on the event’s purchase page.
  • I am looking for employment information, where can I find it?

    Bluebird Theater only accepts resumes submitted through our corporate website. A current listing of available job openings can be found on this page.

  • Tickets purchased at our box offices will only incur a $2.50 Box Office Fee.
  • Camera policies are different for every concert. It is best to contact the theatre on the day of the show to find out what the camera policy will be for that night.
  • No outside food or beverages are allowed into the theatres.
  • No weapons of any kind are allowed into the venue.
  • Bluebird Theater uses walk-through metal detectors for all events. Guests should allow extra time for entry in the venue.
    • To speed the security screening process please remove keys, cell phones, cameras and any other large metal objects from your pockets.  (Coins and wallets can be left in pockets.)
    • Large backpacks, suitcases, beach bags and equipment bags are prohibited.
    • Alternative accommodations for screening will be provided to those who need it
    • Guests who refuse screening will be denied entry
